Rotawise Shift Scheduler
Weekly employee shift schedules that respect availability, roles, max hours, overtime and rest rules, with PDF, Excel and calendar exports.
Rotawise Shift Scheduler turns your team's availability and the shifts you need covered into a weekly work schedule. A deterministic solver checks each hard rule before it assigns anyone: roles and skills, days and times people cannot work, max hours, the 40-hour overtime line, minimum rest between a closing and an opening shift, shifts per day and days in a row. When a shift cannot be covered it names the shift and the reason. It balances weekend and closing shifts, reports hours per person, and exports a printable landscape PDF, an Excel workbook and a calendar file for each employee.
What it does

- Overnight shifts and daylight-saving weeks counted in real hours
