The service
Rotawise Shift Scheduler is a tool provided by Zovo for use inside ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients. Rotawise Shift Scheduler turns your team's availability and the shifts you need covered into a weekly work schedule. A deterministic solver checks each hard rule before it assigns anyone: roles and skills, days and times people cannot work, max hours, the 40-hour overtime line, minimum rest between a closing and an opening shift, shifts per day and days in a row. When a shift cannot be covered it names the shift and the reason. It balances weekend and closing shifts, reports hours per person, and exports a printable landscape PDF, an Excel workbook and a calendar file for each employee.
