Rotawise Shift Scheduler

Privacy policy

Effective 2026-10-02. This policy explains how Zovo ("we") handles data when you use Rotawise Shift Scheduler in ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP client (the "AI app").

Data we process

When the AI app calls one of the tools, our server receives the arguments of that call. ChatGPT also adds basic request details (an anonymous user ID, the language, and an approximate location). Claude does not send a user ID. The arguments are:

If you attach a file, our server downloads it once from the temporary link the AI app provides, reads it in memory to produce the result, and does not store it.

The tools receive only these arguments, not your conversation history. There is no sign-in, and we do not ask for account credentials or your precise location. The tools do not need sensitive personal data such as health information, bank or card account numbers, or government ID numbers, so please leave those out.

Purpose

We use the data only to compute the result you asked for and return it to the AI app, and to generate the files you ask to download.

Storage and retention

Tool inputs and results are processed in memory. They are not stored in a database, logged by us, or used to train models. The one exception is the schedule PDF, Excel file and calendar ZIP it generates: these are stored with their file name in Cloudflare Workers KV under a random, unguessable download link. The link stops working after 1 hour and the stored file is deleted automatically. Other download links carry the content inside the link itself; the file is generated when the link is opened and is not kept on our servers. Anyone holding a download link can open it, so share links with care.

Recipients

We do not sell or share personal data. Requests are served by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which processes network data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the service under its own privacy policy. Your conversation is handled by the AI app you use: OpenAI's privacy policy covers ChatGPT and Anthropic's privacy policy covers Claude.

Analytics and tracking

No cookies, advertising, or behavioral profiling are used by the plugin, its widget, or this website. We keep aggregate usage counts: how often each tool, download, and shared link is used, whether it succeeded, and how long it took (for example "tool X: 120 calls, 3 input errors"). Each count can include a pseudonymous identifier, which is a one-way hash of the anonymous user ID that ChatGPT sends with each tool call. It lets us count distinct users, but it does not tell us who you are. Requests from Claude are counted the same way but without a user identifier, because Claude does not send one. A count can also include which AI app made the call (ChatGPT, Claude, or another client), the approximate country (from ChatGPT's location hint, otherwise from Cloudflare's lookup of the connecting network address), and the language of the request. Shared links are counted with a short one-way hash of the link, not the link itself. We do not store the content of your requests or results, and we do not store IP addresses. Usage counts are kept for up to 3 months. This website counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Your controls

You can disconnect Rotawise Shift Scheduler at any time: in ChatGPT in its settings, and in Claude under Customize > Connectors. Generated files are deleted automatically after 1 hour; to have one deleted sooner, email us its download link. If you have a question or request, email support@zovo.one and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
